Overview

BQMI provides management and operational support including office management, meeting and event coordination, preparation of documents/presentations, distribution of information, metrics management, and logistics support. We provide front desk staffing for visitor greeting control and administrative assistance. We schedule and organize meetings, events and conferences. BQMI develops, delivers, and maintains records of correspondence including memos, letters, announcements, and other types of communiques. We develop, disseminate, and manage presentations and briefing materials and perform distribution of information across organization via paper documents, email digital posting, and other means required. We perform communications using a variety of methods including verbal, telephonic textual, documentation, and digital. BQMI operates and maintains data repositories containing documents and data. This data consists of business records, management information, engineering drawings, manuals, and other technical data. We perform timekeeping duties including verifying and tracking leave request against timesheet entries, tracking overtime and compensatory execution, verifying with supervisors/managers, running missing labor reports, organizing and tracking leave requests, and inputting labor transfers.
