BQMI executes strategic communications plans and makes recommendations related to both external and internal communications and contribute to communications strategy development and visibility initiatives. We develop articles for internal and external publications including national and local news media. We write news releases, pitches, one-pagers, and other background/medial kit materials relevant to promoting customer topics. BQMI strategies and maintains social media presence for customers related to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr, LinkedIn, or other social media environments required by customers. We plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events and meetings. BQMI organizes facilities and manages all details required for events, ceremonies, trade shows and meetings which includes planning, coordination, preparation, set-up/tear-down/clean-up, catering, transportation, invitee lists, special guest, equipment, and printed materials.
