Banner Quality Management Inc. (BQMI) is pleased to announce an award on the GSA 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS III) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle.
8(a) STARS III, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. This next-generation GWAC expands capabilities for emerging technologies and supports both outside the continental United States (OCONUS) and CONUS; and features limited protestability up to $10M. In addition, directed awards are allowed for orders up to the 8(a) Competitive Threshold.

The primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for the Master Contract is designated as 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. Requirements that align with other IT services NAICS codes are within the scope of the STARS III GWAC that include, but are not limited to: 541511, 541513, 541519 and 518210.
